The Women Development Cell was founded with the dual goals of preventing sexual harassment in the workplace (KDC GDC Jaisinghpur colleges campus) and advancing the general well-being of female students who work as teaching assistants and non-teaching staff members at the institution. The unit is also in charge of carrying out awareness campaigns on women's rights, gender sensitization, and empowerment on college campus.

• To carry out awareness-raising campaigns on gender equality, women's rights, and women's empowerment on college and university campuses.
• To raise awareness among the pupils of the unique requirements of all genders.
• To create fair chances for women's educational pathways.
• To create an inclusive and gender-sensitive campus.

Women Development cell installed Complaint cum suggestion box in the college last year so that any complaint regarding grievance can be taken frequently. The women development cell of KDC GDC is also conducted meetings related to the subject matter time to time. The cell also organise seminars and awareness lectures for girl students related to gender issues.
